At 10:30 we gather for a time of family worship. During this time, we enjoy a blended praise and worship service that includes both hymns and contemporary music, we spend time ministering to one another, and we are encouraged and challenged by a 35 minute message from our pastor. Our children stay with us through praise and worship, and are dismissed prior to the message and ministry time. We are currently preparing an enlarged space (as of Summer 26) with the anticipation of offering nursury throughout the entire service later this fall.
We most commonly preach through books of the Bible verse-by-verse, but we will occasionally also mix in a sermon series addressing a specific issue. Regardless, we preach exegetically and expositionally (verse-by-verse, interpreted through the lens of the authors intended meaning, and contextually applied). In total, our service lasts around one hour and fifteen minutes. Once a month, on the first Sunday of the month, we participate in taking communion together, which is open to all believers.
