The Care Team is responsible for ensuring that those belonging to The Bridge family are being well cared for. This team ensures that nobody is “falling through the care cracks” of the church. The primary goal of this team is to make sure that everyone in the church family feels seen, heard, and loved.
Some of the responsibilities that fall under the Care Team:
Prayer for those on the prayer list and the church, Prayer during times of response on Sunday Morning’s, Pastoral Care and Counseling, Hospital and shut-in visitation, Widow and Orphan Care, Funeral Dinners, Physical Assistance for special situations and projects, Birthday and Anniversary Cards, Benevolence Distribution and Process, Meal Trains

Administration, Craftsmanship, Discernment, Exhortation, Faith, Giving, Helps, Hospitality, Intercession, Mercy, Pastor/Shepherd, Service
