The Connect Team is responsible for creating meaningful connections between our current church family, and those looking for a place to belong. This team helps facilitate positive first impressions, follow-up, and long-term engagement opportunities both on Sunday mornings, but also through local community outreach. The primary goal of this team is to make sure that everyone who engages with the ministry of our church, is left with a positive lasting impression, and has tangible next steps for long-term involvement.
Some of the responsibilities that fall under the Connect Team:
Parking lot and door greeting, manning the connection area, overseeing the coffee bar and/or special events, outreach events, and guest follow-up
Some of the giftings that are well utilized on the Connect Team:
Administration, Evangelism, Faith, Helps, Hospitality, Leadership, Mercy, Service
