The Grow Team is responsible for helping those that Belong to The Bridge family are actively growing in their walk with Jesus. The primary goal of this team is to champion the vision of making sure that church members are growing in their biblical obedience through the process of making disciples (who make disciples).
Some of the responsibilities that fall under the Grow Team:
Teaching and/or preaching; Leading Large, Medium, Small, and/or Micro Groups; Facilitating DMD (Disciples Making Disciples) courses, Alpha Courses, or other special studies; Creating mini-conference special events for specialized areas of growth
Some of the giftings that are well utilized on the Grow Team:
Administration, Apostleship, Discernment, Exhortation, Word of Knowledge, Leadership, Pastor/Shepherd, Prophecy, Teaching, Word of Wisdom
